A lovely pair of Victorian Solid Sterling Silver Salt Pots hallmarked for Joseph Rogers & Sons, Sheffield, 1900. With blue glass inlays, flower scroll border and ball feet. In outstanding condition, particularly for their era. Approx dimensions- Height 62mm, diameter 60mm. Total combined weight 317 grams. Only one glass inlay would come out comfortably and I didn’t want to apply force to the other. The weight of one was 52.4 grams so would expect somewhere just over 100 grams total silver weight. Please see photos as part of the description. This item is in the category “Antiques\Silver\Solid Silver\Salt & Pepper Cellars/Shakers”.
