Antique sterling silver salt and pepper set, 3 pieces, Gorham. The salt bowl is marked ” Gorham Sterling 5703″ on the bottom, along with “Feb 25, 1928″ (my father’s 3rd birthday). The bottom of the pepper shaker is marked “Gorham Sterling 5702″ along with the same date. Note that these pieces are quite small, which may be because they were clearly a gift to a toddler. All three pieces are engraved with initials “WDN”. NOTE – I have not been able to open the pepper shaker, and I don’t want to scratch it or force it. Quite a beautiful little set.
