This is a pair of intricate sterling silver salt & pepper shakers made by George W. Webb who was a Baltimore silversmith. It is in good condition with normal surface scratches and a few very minor dings. There is a coat of arms on both pieces. It measures 4 5/8 tall and is marked 10.15 which denotes coin silver.
