On offer today is a very nice pair of hallmarked silver salt pots from the Elizabeth II period. Each is of highly attractive form. The actual silver weight is a very good 160 grams (5.14 troy ounces) and each piece is made of thick gauge silver throughout. The overall condition is excellent on this splendid modern lot. Each is engraved A and always has been. Would make a lovely present and is offered with no reserve! Assayed in London, 1986 by modern silversmith Christopher Lawrence. For reference of scale one pot is 2.625 inches in width and the other 2.375 inches. Blue glass liners are perfect and the matching spoon is also included.
