A boxed cruet set – solid silver – salt cellar, mustard pot & pepper pot x 2 of each & 4 spoons (2 mustard & 2 salt). Hallmarked Birmingham 1921, maker Adie Brothers Ltd – salts are 3.5cm tall x 4.5 across (21 grams each), mustard pots 5cm tall to the point and 4.5 across 37grams each, the pepper pots are 7cm tall and 3.25 across (30 grams). The blue liners are in very good condition, but there is one missing (mustard). The spoons are not by the same maker but are all fully hallmarked – 2 x Frank Cobb Sheffield 1938, 1 x Cooper Bros Sheffield 1946, 1 x Docker & Burn ltd Birmingham 1928. The box is in good order, there is a faint celotape mark across the top/sides and bottom – this could easily be worked on to remove. All in all a very nice set, no scratches or dents (a very minor ding on one of the peppers) – a further clean would make the set sparkle!
